In the winter of 1946, Hanna arrives in Stockholm.
 

While Justice is publicly meted out to the leading Nazis in Nuremburg, she is after retribution of a private and personal kind and willing to sacrifice everything to achieve it.
 

She seeks the man behind the loss of her family but must be sure of his identity and after insinuating herself into his home, a game of cat and mouse ensues, as she attempts to draw out a confession while not giving herself away and ending up the victim herself.
